The Mahabharata is a great epic of India. It`s fascinating stories contain many teachings about dharma (rightenousness), yoga and meditation. A central part is the wisdom conversation of the Bhagavad Gita. The heroes in the Mahabharata symbolise virtues such as purity, compassion, selflessness, will power, morality, discrimination. This timeless scripture is an inspiration for many Yoga practitioners all over the world.
4 classes on Mondays and Wednesday, 15h00 – 16h30, April 27, 29 & May 4 & 6.
The course will taught in English be given by Ananta. For many years, he is very inspired by the study of the Mahabharata and is looking forward to explore this spiritual treasure with you.
