Beginner’s course of yoga IN ENGLISH!

This beginner’s course includes a systematic and progressive introduction to the theory and practice of yoga. You will learn basic postures, breathing exercises and relaxation to release muscle tension and harmonize the mind.

This course consists of 4 one-and-a-half-hour sessions spread over 4 weeks Recommended book: « Yoga of the body and the mind », available at the Center
